Reynolds Challenges Ruling Denying Relief From D.C. Court’s Injunctive Order

Reynolds Tobacco Co. filed notice July 23 of its intent to appeal a federal judge’s ruling denying its motion for relief from an order requiring it, as successor to Brown & Williamson Tobacco Co. (B&W), to publish corrective statements on television (United States of America v. Philip Morris USA Inc., et al., No. 99-2496, D. D.C.)
