Mealey's (January 27, 2017, 2:06 PM EST) -- DALLAS — Two former employees of a bank cannot use or disclose the bank’s commercial real estate sales trade secrets or confidential or proprietary information, including prospect lists and analytical tools, under a preliminary injunction entered Jan. 24 by a Texas federal judge, who found that the bank is likely to succeed on at least some of its misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract claims against the ex-employees (KeyCorp v.
