Mealey's (January 20, 2017, 3:42 PM EST) -- MIAMI — A Miami nightclub and its affiliates on Dec. 30 filed a brief in Florida federal court arguing that a ruling by a magistrate judge that found that they had to produce an email distribution list of the club’s members as part of discovery “implicates” third parties who have “no idea that their privacy rights are at issue” (Jaime Faith Edmonson, et al. v.
