Time Warner Settles Colorado Customer Service Reps’ Wage Claims

Mealey's (August 3, 2015, 12:07 PM EDT) -- DENVER — A Colorado federal judge on July 24 approved a settlement agreement reached between Time Warner NY Cable LLC and its Colorado Springs, Colo., customer service representatives to end overtime claims (Dena M. Cannon, et al. v. Time Warner NY Cable LLC, No. 13-2521, D. Colo.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 96858).
