Mealey's (December 23, 2016, 10:32 AM EST) -- SAN FRANCISCO — A professor and the university where she teaches filed a brief in California federal court on Dec. 6, contending that two international health agencies instructed them to withhold documents that were the subject of a subpoena filed by Monsanto Co. in litigation brought by a man who contends that he has been injured by exposure to the herbicide Roundup, which the company manufactures (In Re: Roundup Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2741, N.D.
