New York Justice Orders Termination Of Ancillary Receivership

Mealey's (July 30, 2015, 7:47 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A New York justice on July 23 ordered the closing of the ancillary receivership of an Ohio domiciled insolvent insurer (In the Matter of the Ancillary Receivership of Credit General Insurance Company, No. 400160/01, N.Y. Sup., New York Co.).
