Clean Water Act Challenges To Clean Water Rule Centralized In 6th Circuit

Mealey's (July 29, 2015, 1:49 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Twelve petitions filed in eight federal appeals courts asserting direct statutory challenges to the federal government’s new Clean Water Rule under the Clean Water Act were centralized July 28 in the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPMDL) (In Re: United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., MCP No. 135, JPMDL).
