Government, Religious Groups Brief 10th Circuit On Birth Control Mandate

Mealey's (June 12, 2015, 8:39 AM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — The government and religious groups challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate recently briefed the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on whether the statute imposes a substantial burden on religious practice (Reaching Souls International Inc., et al. v.
