Judge Approves 1-Year Extension Of Contingent Claim Deadline
Mealey's (November 11, 2016, 7:12 AM EST) -- CHICAGO — An Illinois judge on Oct. 31 approved a one-year extension of the date on which claims can be made against a liquidation estate for insureds of an insolvent insurer that can prove that they had claims pending on the date the insurer was placed into liquidation (People of the State of Illinois, ex rel.
