Mealey's (October 25, 2016, 12:20 PM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Supreme Court on Oct. 11 upheld a $30.47 million jury verdict for C&H Power Line Construction Co. in a case in which a man was killed in a 2010 Texas natural gas pipeline explosion that resulted in a sale of the company at substantially less than its value at the time of the accident, saying that C&H’s expert’s testimony “reasonably supported the verdict” (C&H Power Line Construction Co. v.
