Missouri Judge Ends Insurer’s Insolvency Proceeding Started In 1999

Mealey's (October 25, 2016, 8:51 AM EDT) -- CHICAGO — A Missouri judge on Oct. 6 discharged an insolvent insurer’s receiver and special deputy liquidator, closing the insurer’s liquidation proceedings (John M. Huff, Director, Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration, State of Missouri v. General American Mutual Holding Company, a Missouri Mutual Holding Company, No. 99-cv-32350, Mo. Cir., Cole Co.).
