United States Asks Judge To Dismiss ACA Risk Corridor Suit

(October 18, 2016, 2:16 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — An insurer cannot sue for the failure to pay statutory benefits that have not yet accrued under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) risk corridor program, the United States told a federal judge on Sept. 30 (Moda Health Plan Inc. v.
