(October 18, 2016, 1:39 PM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — A California appeals panel on Oct. 14 remanded for modification of the judgment and modification of the attorney fees order in a case alleging that the plaintiffs were induced into buying a restaurant by the defendants’ misrepresentations, finding all four defendants jointly and severally liable for fraud damages because of an agency relationship (M&M Spice Inc., et al. v.
