Representatives, HHS Spar Over ACA Funding For Insurer Offsets

Mealey's (July 17, 2015, 12:04 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The House of Representatives and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently filed supplemental briefing on how and whether Congress appropriated funding to offset costs insurers incur for offering reduced deductible plans in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) exchange (United States House of Representatives v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., No. 14-1967, D. D.C.).
