(September 22, 2016, 11:26 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A New York judge on Aug. 12 entered judgment on a July 21 verdict in which a jury found that cigarette use — and not asbestos exposure from John Crane Inc. — caused a man’s lung cancer (Charles K. Zammit and Raye Zammit v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp., et al., No. 190371/14, N.Y. Sup., New York Co.).
