United States, Tribe Seek Summary Judgment In California Dam Release Lawsuit

Mealey's (September 20, 2016, 1:45 PM EDT) -- FRESNO, Calif. — The United States on Sept. 19 filed its opposition in California federal court to summary judgment motions by two water districts and filed its own cross-motion in a dispute over the release of dam water to protect downstream salmon (San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, et al. v. Sally Jewell, et al., No. 15-1290, E.D. Calif.).
