HHS Credits ACA For Decline In Premium Growth, Rate Of Uninsured

(September 20, 2016, 1:30 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Growth in premiums, the ranks of the uninsured and hospital readmissions are all down, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said Sept. 14 in a press release, crediting the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA).
