Kentucky Sues Ethicon, Parent For Consumer Violations Involving Pelvic Mesh

(September 14, 2016, 12:01 PM EDT) -- FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky on Aug. 15 filed a consumer protection lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson and its Ethicon Inc. subsidiary for their marketing of pelvic mesh devices (Commonwealth of Kentucky, ex rel. Andy Beshear v. Johnson & Johnson, et al., No. 16-CI-867, Ky. Cir., Franklin Co.).
