9th Circuit Affirms Doctor’s Conviction For Conspiracy To Adulterate Devices

Mealey's (September 12, 2016, 1:27 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 9 affirmed the conviction of a Nevada urologist for conspiracy to adulterate medical devices with intent to defraud or mislead (United States of America v. Michael Stanley Kaplan, M.D., No. 15-10241, 9th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 16570).
