Pennsylvania Bills On Gas Tax, Rulemaking Pending; Rulemaking Bill Vetoed

Mealey's (July 13, 2015, 9:45 AM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf on July 2 vetoed a bill that would have forced the state’s Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to restart a rulemaking process to regulate oil and gas drilling from conventional wells and from wells that are hydraulically fractured.
