Wyoming Federal Judge Postpones Implementation Of Federal Fracking Rules

Mealey's (July 7, 2015, 8:24 AM EDT) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The federal judge in Wyoming presiding over a lawsuit filed by numerous states that challenged the U.S. Department of the Interior’s (DOI) federal fracking rules, on June 24 issued an order staying the effective date of the new regulations pending the agency’s lodging of the administrative record (State of Wyoming v. U.S. Department of the Interior, et al., No. 15-00043, D. Wyo.).
