(August 16, 2016, 1:22 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — The Illinois statute of repose covers a turbine manufacturer’s distribution of insulation where the product constituted an integral part of the improvement to real property, a federal judge in Illinois held July 27 (Mary Julia Norberg, et al. v.
