New Mexico Mouse Habitat Lawsuit Dismissed By Parties

(August 15, 2016, 8:20 AM EDT) -- ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Parties to a consolidated federal lawsuit concerning the habitat of an endangered mouse and grazing permits in national forests told the court on Aug. 9 that they have stipulated to dismissal of the lawsuit (San Diego Cattlemen’s Cooperative Association, et al. v. Tom Vilsack, et al., No. 14-818, D. N.M.).

The two-sentence stipulation did not say why the case was being dismissed. The parties said each side will bear its own attorney fees and costs.
