Groups Want Water Board To Analyze Use Of Recycled Water

Mealey's (August 9, 2016, 10:46 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — Two public interest organizations on July 22 asked a California state court to order the State Water Resources Control Board to conduct an analysis to ensure that water recycled because of the board’s recent order is put to the most beneficial use (Wishtoyo Foundation v. State Water Resources Control Board, No. BS163728, Calif. Super., Los Angeles Co.).
