Native American Tribe Wants New Study To Protect Coho Salmon

Mealey's (August 9, 2016, 8:32 AM EDT) -- OAKLAND, Calif. — A Native American tribe on July 29 sued two federal agencies in California federal court, alleging that the defendants need to conduct a new environmental review of the effects of dam operations on a species of salmon (Hoopa Valley Tribe v. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, et al., No. 16-4294, N.D. Calif., Oakland Div.).
