California Appeals Court Affirms Decision Not To ‘Unwind’ Water Company Buy

(August 1, 2016, 2:08 PM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — A California appeals panel on July 28 affirmed a lower court’s rejection of an attempt by an environmental organization to “unwind” the stock purchase of a water company by a public water agency (Santa Clarita Organization for Planning and the Environment v. Castaic Lake Water Agency, et al., No. B264284, Calif. App., 2nd Dist., Div. 2).
