Judge Defers Decision On Excluding Expert Testimony On Lost Wages In Maritime Suit

(July 29, 2016, 12:28 PM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana federal judge on July 25 deferred ruling on a motion to exclude an expert’s calculations of lost wages beyond the statistical average in a general maritime lawsuit following injuries sustained during employment (James A. Miller, et al. v. Marine Spill Response Corp., et al., No. 15-1049, E.D. La.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 96669).
