Judge Won’t Overrule Curfew For Criminal Defendant In Meningitis Outbreak

(July 27, 2016, 11:39 AM EDT) -- BOSTON — A Massachusetts federal judge on July 11 denied a motion by the United States to confine meningitis outbreak defendant Barry J. Cadden to home confinement rather give him a 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. curfew (United States of America v. Barry J. Cadden, et al., No. 14-cr-10363, D. Mass.).
