Judge Refers Wrongful Death Glyphosate Cancer Case To Magistrate Judge

(October 16, 2019, 1:44 PM EDT) -- LAS CRUCES, N.M. — A federal judge in New Mexico on Oct. 15 referred a glyphosate lawsuit against Monsanto Co. filed the same day to a magistrate judge to conduct dispositive proceedings in a case in which a woman contends that Monsanto is liable for the wrongful death of her husband, who suffered from cancer.
