Reynolds Tobacco Co., Philip Morris USA Inc. and Publix Supermarkets Inc. in connection with the wrongful death of his wife, just two months after her lung cancer diagnosis (Walter Schnitzer, on behalf of the Estate of Deborah Schnitzer, v.
