(October 28, 2019, 12:43 PM EDT) -- BOSTON — A federal judge in Massachusetts erred in ruling that lead plaintiffs in a securities class action lawsuit against a biopharmaceutical company and certain of its executive officers failed to sufficiently plead the elements of their federal securities law claims because the defendants’ statements to investors were fraudulent and materially misleading, the lead plaintiffs argue in an Oct. 23 appellant brief filed in the First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Kavita Mehta, et al. v.
