Florida Panel:  Utility Had No Duty To Restore Power To Nursing Home After Irma

(May 28, 2020, 1:20 PM EDT) -- WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A Florida appellate panel on May 20 affirmed a lower court’s dismissal of a negligence action against Florida Light and Power Co.
