Mealey's (December 10, 2019, 12:48 PM EST) -- SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Missouri federal judge concluded that the lake in which a “duck boat” sank during a storm, causing the deaths of 17 people on board, is not a navigable waterway and, therefore, is not subject to admiralty jurisdiction for purposes of limiting liability.
