(November 15, 2017, 3:22 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS  — A federal judge in Louisiana on Nov. 8 found a woman guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud, one count of conspiracy to pay and receive kickbacks, two counts of health care fraud and five counts of accepting kickbacks for her role in a $3.2 million scheme that involved providing durable medical equipment to Medicare beneficiaries that was medically unnecessary (United States of America v.
