Mealey's (January 3, 2019, 7:34 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — A plan member of the Cedar-Sinai Medical Center 403(b) Retirement Plan on Dec. 19 dismissed her appeal in the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that sought reversal of a federal judge in Connecticut’s ruling dismissing her class action suit in which she accused the plan of breaching its fiduciary duties under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act by unlawfully setting its stable value funds’ credited rate for its own benefit (Darlene Dezelan v.
