(April 9, 2018, 2:42 PM EDT) -- SEATTLE — The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on March 13 vacated and remanded a district court’s denial of attorney fees to employee plan participants after determining that the lower court’s denial of attorney fees under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act is not supported by the record (Edward Brasley, et al. v.
