(July 15, 2019, 12:53 PM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania appellate panel on July 11 held that an insurer has failed to establish that a personal umbrella liability insurance policy’s “business pursuits” exclusion applies to bar coverage, affirming a lower court’s finding that the insurer has a duty to defend its insured but reversing the lower court’s order to the extent it imposes an absolute duty on the insurer to indemnify its insured (Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company v.
