(April 2, 2020, 1:18 PM EDT) -- DENVER — A Telluride, Colo., shuttle service company violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) when it told a 79-year-old applicant that he would not be hired because he was too old to be covered as a driver under the company’s commercial auto insurance policy, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleges in a March 31 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v.
