United States Backs NECC Pharmacist’s Conviction, Wants Bigger Sentence

Chin of the New England Compounding Center (NECC) and argued that the trial court’s sentence failed to penalize the defendant for the health risk he created, how much he should forfeit and for restitution due to persons injured by NECC’s contaminated compounded drugs (United States v.
