(October 18, 2018, 12:53 PM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — Minnesota on Oct. 16 filed a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit against three insulin makers, alleging that they manipulate their prices to the curry favor with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) but then jack up insulin prices for patients who aren’t covered by health insurance programs (Minnesota, et al. v.
