Mealey's (October 26, 2020, 1:16 PM EDT) -- SAN JOSE, Calif. — A generic pet medications company was granted a motion to conduct discovery on two German counterparts of Bayer Healthcare LLC (BHC) on Oct. 20, with a California federal judge finding that the plaintiff has sufficiently narrowed its discovery requests to pertain to establishing jurisdiction over the companies in a lawsuit alleging anti-competitive behavior in the flea and tick treatment market (Tevra Brands LLC v.
