PAUL, Minn. — A Minnesota federal magistrate judge on May 4 found all but one of the documents sought by the Secretary of Labor from the directors of a manufacturing company and the firm’s corporate counsel to be privileged and not subject to a fiduciary exception, mostly denying the secretary’s motion to compel in a stock drop suit brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (Eugene Scalia v.
