Mealey's (September 6, 2018, 1:07 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania federal judge on Aug. 23 determined that a disability insurer’s termination of long-term disability (LTD) benefits was proper because the claimant failed to prove that she was disabled under the plan’s any-occupation standard and because the claimant collected the maximum amount of available benefits available under the plan’s mental health limitation (Kristy M.
