Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals Inc. to scrutinize the testimony, a Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled Nov. 13 in rejecting an appeal by a man convicted of molesting his daughters while living as a vagabond (United States v.
