(June 25, 2018, 2:30 PM EDT) -- ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A panel of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals on June 22 affirmed a lower court ruling and held that the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s (KKI) medical expert in a lead-paint poisoning trial was properly admitted and that KKI was not liable for a tenant’s injuries.
