(June 12, 2020, 12:34 PM EDT) -- SANTA ANA, Calif. — A California appeals panel on June 11 held that an attorney’s pleadings failed to allege a basis to establish that a fiduciary relationship exists between attorneys representing opposing parties in trust proceedings, nor do they “suggest any other legal footing for” his breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, contempt, breach of a settlement agreement and an alleged oral stipulation and unfair business practices causes of action (Jeffrey L.
