LOUIS — A federal judge on June 17 largely granted Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate challengers’ request for attorney fees, awarding them $138,282.50 (Sharpe Holdings Inc., et al. v. United States Department of Health & Human Services, et al., No. 12-92, E.D. Mo.).
