(June 30, 2016, 8:15 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a patent infringement lawsuit against Sony Music Entertainment, a patent inventor and his wife ask the U.S. Supreme Court in a June 15 petition to review the claim construction of “storing” and “receiving” a record in a physical medium (James L.
