(June 27, 2016, 9:51 AM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma federal judge on June 21 denied judgment as a matter of law (JMOL) and a new trial in an 11-year-old rural-town water dispute, but she stayed her $1.67 million judgment against the city pending its appeal (Rural Water Sewer and Solid Waste Management District No. 1, Logan County, Oklahoma, et al. v. City of Guthrie, et al., No. 05-786, W.D. Okla.).
