Texas Man: Fracking Company’s Discovery Requests ‘Abusive’

Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 4:19 PM EDT) -- FORTH WORTH, Texas — The Texas man who sued a hydraulic fracturing company for allegedly causing the wrongful death of his mother on Sept. 10, 2014, filed a brief in Texas federal court objecting to requests and interrogatories from the company on grounds that they are “abusive” and seek to impose burdens or obligations that are inconsistent with federal rules.
